Result: informed decision in less than 2 hoursWe apply controlled amperage and shielding gas parameters for porosity-free joints. We work with thicknesses from 2 to 12 mm on profiles and sheets.
Result: welds that pass non-destructive testingWe implement weekly checklists for Miller, Lincoln, and Fronius welders. We reduce unexpected production line failures by up to 40%.
Result: operational equipment without unscheduled downtimeWe recover dented panels without compromising the original structure. We use precision tools to restore flatness without adding material.
Result: functional panels with 60% savings compared to replacementWe perform hardness, conductivity, and thickness tests at your facility. We deliver technical reports with actionable recommendations for each batch.

This document establishes the conditions, definitions, and scope that govern the interpretation of services offered by Deniliquindentalclinic (Dent-Al) in the field of diagnosis, dent repair, and maintenance of industrial aluminum equipment. Its purpose is to avoid ambiguities and establish a clear reference framework for both parties.
"Equipment diagnosis" is understood as the set of non-destructive tests, visual inspections, and instrumental measurements carried out by Dent-Al technical personnel to determine the condition of an aluminum equipment or component. It does not include repair or replacement of parts, unless expressly agreed upon in a subsequent work order.
Dent repair includes cold stretching, filling with filler material, and surface smoothing, provided the damage does not compromise the structural integrity of the component. Repairs requiring cuts, structural welding, or replacement of complete sections are expressly excluded.
The predictive and corrective maintenance service applies exclusively to TIG and MIG welding equipment for aluminum, as well as material testing equipment (ultrasound, calipers). It does not include maintenance of compressors, refrigeration systems, or numerical control units.
Estimated delivery times in work orders are for reference only and may be affected by parts availability, diagnosis complexity, or workshop workload. Under no circumstances does Dent-Al assume responsibility for loss of profits or unscheduled production stoppages.
We repair dents in aluminum sheets up to 3 mm deep, provided there are no cracks or deformations on the edges. Each case is evaluated with a depth gauge and ultrasound to decide whether to repair by cold stretching or with material addition.
A TIG weld executed with the correct parameters (amperage, shielding gas, and travel speed) has a lifespan equal to that of the base material. In our workshops, we certify each weld bead with visual inspection and non-destructive testing.
Yes, we perform predictive and corrective maintenance on Miller, Lincoln, and Fronius machines. This includes checking connections, calibrating gas flow, cleaning nozzles, and replacing tungsten electrodes. We provide a downloadable weekly checklist.
You can reserve online from our contact page. Select the equipment (gauge, ultrasound, or magnifying glass), choose a date and time, and you will receive confirmation by email. The reservation includes the use of the equipment and assistance from a technician.
All dent and weld repairs have a 12-month warranty against workmanship defects. If any issue arises within that period, we will review it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or subsequent modifications.
For now, we exclusively serve factories in Argentina. If your plant is in another country, please contact us anyway to evaluate future possibilities. We prefer to coordinate in-person technical visits to ensure the quality of the diagnosis.
